YellowFin

YellowFin is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom design providing an open concept kitchen and living space.  It has a modern look that gives more dimension to the exterior look of the home.  As you walk in the front door you have full view to the pocketed 10 ft sliders leading to your expansive lanai with pool with sunshelf and spa. An open seating area to your left and the office/den to you right.  Master suite with expansive master shower is to the right of the living space.  The left of the kitchen leads you to guest rooms with bathrooms.  The pool bath and outdoor shower provide minimal cleanup from a day at the beach or spent at the pool. With a 9ft two car garage door offers a little extra room for larger vehicles.  

Dolphin Model

The Dolphin is a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home with optional fifth bedroom or office.  As you walk through the 10 foot front double door you have a spacious living room with accent television wall with fireplace. The ajoined kitchen has ample cabinetry for storage and a common area that includes hand crafted shiplap ceilings.  As you walk onto the sprawling lanai you can enjoy your heated salt water pool with sunshelf and spa.  A 9 foot garage door gives room for oversized vehicles.  Gas or electric can be used in any of our homes depending on individual needs.  We want all homeowners to have the most comfortable living experience filled with ease and peace of mind from start to finish.

Tarpon includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with optional 4th bedroom or office/den.  The 10 foot sliders leading onto the lanai with pool, sunshelf, and spa give a the perfect setting for a picturesque backyard.  The expansive master bedroom and master bathroom gives you all you can ask for.  The custom cabinetry in the kitchen and bar area includes ample storage space.  The outdoor kitchen is equiped with barbecue, outdoor fridge, sink, and cabinery suitable for all weather conditions.
